According to article 276 para XII of the ASE regulation and article 10 para 1 of L3340/2005 the company informs the investor community that the tax audit for the year 2007 and 2008 has been completed. The tax audit charged the company accounting differences which resulted to further income tax amounted to euros 1.376.000,00 in total. The amount will be paid in 24 equal installments whereas 1/5 of the amount has already been paid. It is noted that the company has charged previous years? results with relative provision of euros 900.000,00. The remaining amount of euros 476.000,00 will be included in the interim financial statements September 30, 2009.
