According to the L.3556/2007 article 19 paragraph 2, the company "I. Kloukinas-I. Lappas Construction and Commercial SA" announces the proposal of the following modification of the Articles of Association which will be submitted for approval to the Annual General Meeting dated 20.05.2009:
The present Article 4 (object of the company) paragraph (ib) of the Articles of Association of the Company "ib) any relevant to the above activity" is replaced by the new paragraph (ib) as follows "ib) The creation and development of entertainment and amusement places for children", and a new paragraph is added as follows: "ic) any relevant to the above activity". All other provisions of the Article 4 of the Articles of Association of the Company remain as they are.
