PASAL Development S.A. (Issuer) announces in accordance to L.3556/2007 and following respective information received from the shareholder Mr. George Theodoridis that on May 14th, 2009 the total percentage of participation of Mr. George Theodoridis in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer has decreased from 36,97% to 33,54%.
This percentage of participation includes a) percentage of 33.22% corresponding to 4,972,085 shares of the Issuer which are held directly by Mr. George Theodoridis, b) percentage of 0.32% corresponding to 48,105 shares of the Issuer which are held by him indirectly.
