The Company CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. listed in the Athens Exchange, announces to the investors that, following a common agreement between the Company and MERIT Securities, the capacity of the latter to act as market maker of the Company's shares, which started on November 23/04/2008, will terminate on 22/04/2009, which was fixed as the last day of acting as market maker.
