Fourlis Holdings S.A. announces that it has agreed to sell a real estate asset that belongs to the 100% subsidiary company RENTIS S.A., to the company SGB ELLINIKI ETAIRIA IDIOKATASKEVON S.A., for a cash consideration of euro 32,5 million fully paid.
The property under sale is part of a larger property owned by RENTIS S.A.
