EYDAP S.A. notifies the investment community that Mr. Angelakis Emanouil, has undertaken on the 8th of April, 2009 the position of the member of the Board of Directors, as representative of the employees, after the retirement of Mr. Galanis Konstantinos, since April 1st 2009.
