Ι.KLOUKINAS-I. LAPPAS SA in accordance with the ΑΤΗΕΧ regulation, paragraph 4.1.3.1., informs the investors community that the tax audit for the fiscal years 2005, 2006 and 2007 was completed and amounted to 284.000 euro.( for the fiscal year 2005 119.202,00 euro, 2006 88.850,00 euro and 2007 75.948,00 euro).
The company made provisions for the previous years amounted to 270.000,00 euro, therefore the remaining amount will affect the financial results of the fiscal year 2008.
