CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. pursuant to the floating and listing, following the approval decision of the ATHEX BoD dated 21/05/2009, of the new 351,567 common registered Company shares which resulted from the share capital increase, announces pursuant to par. 5 of Article 9 of L.3556/2007 that:
The share capital of the Company amounts to EUR 8,861,815.80 divided into 24,616,155 common registered shares, with par value EUR 0.36 each.
