CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. pursuant to its announcement dated 24/6/2009 with ATHEX protocol No. 19839 regarding the ex-dividend date and the payment of the dividend from the FY 2008 earnings announces that it was erroneously stated that the dividend per share net of taxes to be paid amounted to 0.0387 euro per share instead of the correct amount 0.0383 euro per share.
