The company Thrace Plastics Co S.A. within the context of the share buyback program that was approved by the Company's Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting dated on November 3, 2008 and in accordance with article 5 par. 3 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the EU Committee announces that it plans to proceed with share purchases exceeding the limit of 25% of the average daily volume as the latter is defined in par. 2 of the aforementioned article, during the trading sessions between 20-01-2009 and 23-01-2009. The share purchases will not exceed percentage 50% of the average daily volume.
