Announcement.
ThPA SA announces that the Company's Board of Directors at a scheduled meeting :
1. Has declared forfeited the Consortium "HUTCHISON PORT HOLDINGS LIMITED", "HUTCHISON PORTS INVESTMENTS S.a.r.l.", "ALAPIS SA" και "L.Y.D SA " from the further procedure of the international public tender that "THPA SA" has proclaimed with its PR. F. 125/2008 tender for the concession of its Container Terminal.
2. Has decided the forfeiture of the total amount of the letter of guarantee (euros 5.000.000) that the above mentioned Consortium had deposited in order to participate in the tender procedure.
