Fourlis Group increased its franchise rights of IKEA in Bulgaria to 100%. The initial agreement signed in 2006, assumed 70% of the IKEA BULGARIA franchise rights to Fourlis Group.
HOUSE MARKET BULGARIA EAD, 100% a subsidiary of Fourlis Group (except 1 share that belongs to IKEA Group) is the company that develops the IKEA stores in BULGARIA. The company is already the owner of a 60.000 sq. m. plot of land in Sofia. The 1st IKEA store in Bulgaria is expected to operate in 2010.
