Pursuant to Law 3556/2007 par.1 &4 of art.9, Loukas Spentzaris, Executive member of the BoD, notified the company on 17/02/2009 that has fallen below the limit of 15% on 16/02/2009 and now possesses 3.343.139 ordinary shares and voting rights on the total of voting rights ie percentage 13,5075% from 3.733.139 ordinary shares that held before the change.
