Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the EU Committee and following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated November 3, 2008 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated November 4, 2008, proceeded on December 18, 2008 with the acquisition of 1,000 own shares, through the Athens Exchange Member Praxis International Securities, at an average price of euro 0.60 per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to euros 600,00.
