The company PASAL Development S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Spyridon Georgios Doukas, Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on 31/12/2008, sold 2.000 common shares, with a total net value of 4.000,00 euro.
