Pursuant to Law 3556/2007 par.1 &4 of art.9, Mr. Loukas Spentzaris, Executive member of the BoD, notified the company on 13/02/2009 that has crossed the limit of 15% on 12/02/2009 and now possesses 3.733.139 ordinary shares from 2.603.208 on the total of shares and 3.733.139 voting rights ie percentage 15,08% on the total of voting rights.
Pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11of Decision 1/434/03/07/07 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Mr Loukas Spentzaris, Executive member of the BoD, bought on 12/2/2009 493.024 ordinary shares of total value 670.512,64 euro.The company has been informed by Mr Spentzaris according to the Law 3340/2005 (art.13)
