The company CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. (hereafter the "Company"), announces pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on 13/02/2009 by the company ADION ENTERPRISES LTD, that on 12/02/2009, the said company proceeded to the purchase of Company's shares, and as a result, its total number of shares and total number of voting rights, increased from 2,445,606 to 3,246,338. Hence, its percentage on the Company?s total number of shares and total number of voting rights, changed from 10,08% to 13,38%.
