Pursuant to Law 3556/2007 par.1 &4 of art.9, Ioannis Lappas, Vice-President and CEO, notified the company that has crossed the limit of 25% on 16/02/2009 and now possesses 6.201.937 ordinary shares on the total of ordinary shares (24.750.288 shares) and voting rights on the total of voting rights ie percentage 25,0580% from 4.755.125 ordinary shares on the total of ordinary shares (20.625.240 shares) that held before the change.
