Announcement of regulated information consistent with law 3556/2007
SELECTED TEXTILES SA, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 coupled with Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces the following:
Mr Grigorios Evangelou Bitsikokos, head of legal services and non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the company (liable according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), proceeded on:
a) 24-10-2008 to the purchase of 47.582 common registered shares of the company for the amount of euro 13.562.
b) 27-10-2008 to the purchase of 21.117 common registered shares of the company for the amount of euro 6.134.
Mr Grigorios Evangelou Bitsikokos, head of legal services and non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the company (liable according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), proceeded on:
a) 24-10-2008 to the purchase of 47.582 common registered shares of the company for the amount of euro 13.562.
