According to the resolution of the company's Ordinary General Assembly of shareholders on 30.10.2008, the net dividend for the fiscal year 01.07.2007-30.06.2008 is 0,18 Euros per share. Beneficiaries of the dividend are the shareholders who are owners of the company's shares during the trading session of the A.S.E. on Friday 12.12.2008. Starting on 15.12.2008 the shares will be traded without the right of dividend's collection for the financial year 01.07.2007-30.06.2008. The payment of the dividend will begin on 23.12.2008.
Any further detail about the method of payment of the above mentioned amounts will be decided by the Company's Board of Directors in a forthcoming session and will be announced to the shareholders accordingly.
