SELECTED TEXTILES SA, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, coupled with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces the following:
Mr Εvripidis Ch.Dontas, Vice-President of the Board of Directors and managing director of the company, (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded, on 08-09-2008, to the acquisition of 9.950 registered common shares of the company at the price of euro 3.184,00.
