MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces, following the relevant notices of its shareholder, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, that Mrs. Aikaterini Kyriacopoulos with her letter on 9/9/2008 has notified us that her voting rights in MOTODYNAMICS S.A. have increased to 787.834, i.e.15,357 % (direct: 656.945 i.e.12,806 %, indirect: 130.889 i.e. 2,551%) from 722.284, i.e. 14.080%.
