The company PASAL Development S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the Development Director Mr. Antonios Chatzikostas (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on 22/10/2008, purchased 1.000 common shares, with a total net value of 1.680,00 euro.
