MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 30th, 2008 decided the buy-back of Company shares in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920. Implementing the above resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company decided at its meeting on 06.10.2008, the share buy-back of up to 400.000 shares, less than 1/10 of the paid-up Company Share Capital, at a maximum purchase price of euro12 and at a minimum purchase price of euro1 for the period from 07.10.2008 to 30.05.2010.
