AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art. 21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, Chairman of the company's Board of Directors (executive member) purchased 8,105 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 30,799 on 14/8/2008 and purchased 10,000 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 38,000 on 19/8/2008.
