Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, coupled with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr Konstantinos Chalioris, Vice President and Managing Director of the Company (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) proceeded on September 26, 2008 with the acquisition of 5.000 common registered company shares, of total value of euros 4.380,33 and on September 29, 2008 with the acquisition of 6.000 common registered company shares, of total value of euros 4.910,00.
