Ordinary Bond Loan Issue
MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces, pursuant to the provisions of article 16, paragraph 3 of Law 3556/2007 and the Decision Nr. 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and, in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of 30/5/2008, the signing on 26/8/2008 of a common bond loan for an amount of five million Euros.
The bond loan has a duration of three years, with ALPHA BANK S.A. as the bondholder lender and payment agent, and its purpose is to refinance the Companys current short-term bank loans.
