In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union "CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A." announces that following the resolution of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting dated June 30, 2008 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated June 30, 2008, and in accordance with article 16 of L.2190/1920, proceed to the purchase of own shares for the period from 31/07/2008 to 06/08/2008 via Merit Securities S.A., as follows:
(1) On 31.07.2008 the Company purchased 39,000 shares, with average cost price euro 2.59 per share, and total purchase price euro 101,154.00.
(2) On 01.08.2008 the Company purchased 37,000 shares, with average cost price euro 2.59 per share, and total purchase price euro 95,940.78.
