Having as a norm the normal function of the market and the protection of the investing public, and also by taking into account that information described in recent published articles regarding the development of the tender procedure for the concession of the Container Terminal could influence Th.P.A. SA share, we inform the investing public that the company is in no position to know the amount of the financial offers submitted by the three Participants. The amount of the financial offers will be made known the day of the opening of the financial offer dossiers by the Tender Committee. The company will inform the investing public for any other development regarding the relevant subject.
