Pasal Development S.A. announces the acquisition of a new property of 705 sq.m., located on Pireos Str., for approximately 900 thousand euros, plus taxes. The land will be united with the adjacent plot, bought by the company on December 2007, and will be used for the development of 3.200 sq. m. of commercial areas and 5.100 sq. m. of underground spaces.
Pasal strengthens its presence on Pireos Str., which is gradually emerging as a major commercial street of Athens.
The new property is located on the same urban block on Pireos, where Pasal develops its new shopping center, which will house 80 popular brands from the fields of fashion, technology and entertainment, and will have 750 underground parking spaces. The shopping center is targeted to open by the end of November 2008.
