Thrace Plastics Co S.A. informs investors that the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of 24-06-2008 approved the distribution of a dividend of a 0.022 euro per share.
Beneficiaries of the above dividend are shareholders owning shares in the company at the close of ATHEX business, on July 8, 2008.
The cut off date for the dividend has been set as 9 July 2008. By extension, as of that day, shares in the company will be traded on ATHEX with ex dividend rights.
The payment of the dividend will be carried out on July 17, 2008, by Piraeus Bank, as follows:
1) Through the operators of the Greek Dematerialized Securities System DSS/SAT, in accordance with article 329 of the ATHEX rulebook and article 39 of the Central Securities Depository Rulebook.
2) Through the retail network of Piraeus Bank, for shareholders who have requested exception from their DSS/SAT Operator and those whose Operator is CSD
3) Shareholders, who for one reason or another, have not been credited by their DSS/SAT operator, can collect their dividend as of July 23rd, 2008 from the branch network of the Piraeus Bank.
In cases 2 and 3 above, shareholders may receive the dividend up to December 31, 2008 by providing notification of KAME (their SAT System code number) and by showing their identity card, either in person or via a legally authorized representative.
