Announcement regarding Financial information
MOTODYNAMICS S.A. regarding Figures and Information for the period from January 1st, 2008 until March 31, 2008, which have been published on 15/5/08 to the newspapers "Bradini" and "Kerdos" announces the following:
1. In Additional data and Information, at note 8 (transactions with connected parties) Sales - Purchases of products and services concurred with Income - Expenses from and to the connected parties for Parent company and Group, according to IFRS24.
2. None of the shares of Parent company are owned by the Parent company or any subsidiaries and affiliated company.
3. Cumulative provisions for Group and Parent company for the period ended 31.03.08 are analyzed as follows:
Provisions for anautided tax periods for the Parent company and the Group are: 287.500 euro.
Other provisions for the Parent company: 1.709.130,78 euro and for the Group: 1.769.102,23 euro.
There are no provisions for Parent company and Group for any matters disputed by law or for any arbitration.
