MOTODYNAMICS S.A., announces pursuant to Law 3556/5007and after relevant notification by Mr.Hatzikos Sotirios, that the voting rights attached to Company shares owned by him together with the ones he is entitled to exercise as proxy holder during the Annual General Meeting of the Company of 30.05.08 or any Repeat Meeting thereof, amounted on 27.05.08 to 272.216 voting rights representing 5,30% of the total number of voting rights of the Company.
