Press Release

Following the relevant information we received from the stakeholders/investors being involved and the relevant press release we published on 10/6/2015, we provide additional information for the transfer in a joint investment account of the shares of the firm Papapanagiotou - DROMEASS.A., owned by its main shareholder Mr. Athanasios Con. Papapanagiotou.

Specifically, on 04/06/2015, the main shareholder and Chairman of the Board of the company, Mr. Athanasios Con. Papapanagiotou transferred 16,17 million shares with equal voting rights from his personal investment account in a joint investment account, opened jointly with his children Constantine Papapanagiotou and Maria Olga Papapanagiotou.

Following the above shift, in the certain common investment account there are in total 16,17 million shares with equal voting rights, namely 46,57% of the share capital. With this action the percentage of the share capital and voting rights of Mr. Athanasios Papapanagiotou remains the same, while the percentage of Mr. Constantine Papapanagiotou and Mrs. Maria Olga Papapanagiotou also amounts to 46.57% for each one of them.
