Athens, May 21, 2014 – Frigoglass announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) and following receipt of the relevant transaction information on 21/5/2014 that EAGLE ENTERPRISES S.A. (liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005 as Mr. Haralambos David, Chairman of Frigoglass BoD, participates in the aforementioned company's board) sold on 20/5/2014 3,000 shares of total value 9.900,00 euros.
