Corporate Announcement

Following a question of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and within the frame of correct information to the investment community, EYDAP announces that the plenary assembly of the Council of State issued the no. 1906/2014 Decision, which is at the state of official issuance.

With this decision, the Council of State accepts a request to cancel the transfer of 36,245,240 shares of EYDAP S.A. (percentage 34.033% of its share capital), from the Greek Government to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), which had been based on the decision of the Interministerial Committee for Restructuring no. 206 / 25.04.2012 (Government Gazette B 1363/26.04.2012).
