AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 18th of March 2008, shareholder and President of the Board of Directors Theodore E. Vassilakis, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), sold 350,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 1,673,000.
On the same day (18/03/2008) shareholder, vice president and managing director of Autohellas SA, Eftichios T. Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 350,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 1,673,000.
