MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. KYRIAKOPOULOS ULYSSES bought on 27/02/08, 2.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 9.614,34
Those transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Ulysses Kyriakopoulos, under his capacity as President of Motodynamics S.A.
