The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Ioannis Zacharakis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 10/4/2008 200 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 2,490.00 and also sold on 11/4/2008 200 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 2,500.00.
