THRACE PLASTICS S.A. in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Law 3556/2007 (par. 5) and in conjunction with Decision 1/434/3-07-2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission΄s BoD, aiming at calculation and determination of the acquisition or sale limits of significant shareholdings by shareholders or those holding voting rights, announces that following the completion of the Company?s share capital increase due to the exercise of stock option rights, the share capital of the Company now amounts to Euro 22.974.750 divided into 45.949.500 common registered shares of nominal value Euro 0,50 each.
