Quality and Reliability SA High Technology Applications announces that, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and in combination with the Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Committee, Mr Labros Karatasios, member of the Board (liable person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 23/1/2008 with the purchase of 3.000 common nominal shares at total net value of 1.710,00 Euro.
