Annual General Shareholder Meeting: Thursday, 15 May 2008
Ex.dividend date: Wednesday, 21 May 2008 (Entitled to dividend are shareholders at the end of the Athens Exchange trading session on Tuesday 20 May 2008)
Release of first quarter 2008 results: Tuesday, 27 May 2008
Dividend payment through a bank, which will be announced at a later date: Wednesday, 28 May 2008
Release of first half 2008 results: Tuesday, 26 August 2008
Release of third quarter 2008 results: Wednesday, 19 November 2008
The annual analyst briefing regarding the financial results will take place on Friday 15, February 2008.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session on the release day to the Company?s web site (www.pasal.gr or www.pasal.eu) as well as the website of Athens (www.athex.gr ).
The results will be published in the press the next working day, following their announcement.
