The company TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that GEK S.A., which is closely associated to Mr. Michael Gourzis, an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of TERNA ENERGY S.A., proceeded to the purchase of 371 common nominal shares on 21/4/2008, of total value of 2.522,82 euro.
