NOTICE OF CHANGES IN FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2015

The company «PAPAPANAGIOTOU SA» with the distinctive title «DROMEAS SA» notifies the investors that following the 11/05/15 announcement, relating to the financial calendar of the 2015 fiscal year (according to the article 4.1.4.3.1. of ASE Regulation), the annual shareholders meeting will take place in 30/06/2015 Tuesday in the company's premises in the Industrial Area of Serres, instead of the 15th June 2015, as this has been mentioned in the financial calendar.
