Further to a notification received by the shareholder VENTURE ABILITY S.A. , Lampsa Hellenic Hotels S.A. announces that the above mentioned shareholder has recalled it?s announcement of December 3rd , 2007, of essential changes in voting rights , which was conducted based on Law 3356/2007, due to the fact that during this period the conditions of articles 9 and 10 of the above mentioned law were not fulfilled .
