"TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A.", pursuant to the provisions of article 9 par. 5 of Law 3556/2007 and in order to estimate and determine the limits for the acquisition or disposal of significant participations by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that following the completion of the share capital increase via cash payment in favor of existing shareholders, the share capital of the Company amounts to Euro one hundred and sixty five million six hundred and twenty five thousand (euro 165,625,000) divided to one hundred and sixty five million six hundred and twenty five thousand (165,625,000) common voting registered shares, of par value of euro 1.00 each.
It is mentioned that the 33,125,000 new common voting registered shares resulting from the above share capital increase, commenced trading in the Athens Exchange on Tuesday August 28, 2007.
