TERNA ENERGY SA following the increase of its share capital and the listing of its shares on the Athens Stock Exchange on November 14, 2007 according to article 9 par. 5 of the Law 3556/2007, makes known that the share capital of the company amounts to 32.800.020 euro, divided into 109.333.400 common registered shares of a nominal value of 0.30 euro par share. Above information is to assist the Investors in calculating the percentage of the voting rights they hold and therefore to proceed to any action in order to fulfill obligations stipulated by the L.3556/2007.
