TERNA ENERGY SA, due to the listing of its shares on the Athens Stock Exchange on November 14, 2007, makes known, in accordance to the L. 3556/2007 and following relevant information received by the main shareholders, the percentage of the voting rights they hold:
a) TERNA SA directly holds 45,8127% of the total voting rights corresponding to 50.088.628 shares of TERNA ENERGY SA,
b) Mr. George Peristeris directly holds 21.7065% of the total voting rights corresponding to 23.732.450 shares of TERNA ENERGY SA,
c) GEK SA holds through its subsidiary company TERNA SA 45,8127% of the total voting rights corresponding to 50.088.628 shares of TERNA ENERGY SA.
