Jumbo SA announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 that Capital Research and Management Company (CRMC), a U.S - based investment management company, although it does not own shares of the company, announced that mutual funds under its management bought, on October 2, 2007, 325,000 common nominal shares of the company and as a result their participation increased from 14.7757% at 15.3119%. Smallcap World Fund holds a 7.993% stake in Jumbo and American Funds Insurance Series Global Small Capitalization Fund holds a 5.669% stake in Jumbo.
