Reply to a letter of Capital Market Commission.
Following a question from the Capital Markets Commission through its letter dated 23.10.2007/4455 and in accordance with article 2 of decision 5/204/2000 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Markets Commission, the Company answers, in relation to publications of the printed and electronic press, as follows:
a) As we have already announced on 1st August 2007 in relation to the agreement with OPAP SA, the total amount for the provision of services regarding the support of the game "Pame Stihima", of equipment and software and for the transfer of know-how for the development of software, is, during the three years term of the agreement, euro 96,5m plus VAT.
b) at the same time and in accordance with the abovementioned announcement of our Company, in this agreement with OPAP SA the terms and the cost for the provision from Intralot of maintenance services, technical support and operation for the entire IT infrastructure (OPAP SA will have a unilateral right for one year extension) are regulated. The above prices can be calculated only at completion, based on the kind, quantity and the time of availability of the said equipment and will replace services already provided to OPAP SA by third party providers.
